Saw it was for 4 months + and for babies who can hold their head up. Our little one fits both these... however there is no mention anywhere of the length the baby needs to be to actually have her/his feet reach the platform. At its highest setting, our little one's feet do not reach. She is 55cm in length and sadly nowhere near long enough to use it.

She's only really been using it the past few weeks but already we have the cloud broken, the "window" scratched from playing with other toys, and no fault of the company but the snack bowl has gone missing. It would be nice to be able to buy replacement parts, especially if they aren't going to last long. Overall she has fun with it, and we can still play with the other toys, it's just disappointing.

The cloud was his favorite part about the activity center so he played with it a lot. It wasnt within a month of having the center that the cloud broke off. I would think that something that is supposed to be made for kids would be more kid-proof. There should be replacements for the pieces that go with the activity center.

Please sell new toys to add to the activity center! You could make so much money selling different toys and replacement parts!! Also, the "glass" where the piano goes should be removable. It is impossible to completely clean around it. Overall, I am so, so glad that we purchased this activity center!!

I want to love it too.. but I can not give this 5 stars.. the seat is coming apart.. after a few weeks, very bummed. AND just reading that they do not sell replace my parts. I spend a lot of money on this product hoping it would last a long time- grow with my child and use for future children. Now I'm worried that this just won't last, which is disappointing since my child uses it often and enjoys playing with it.

Is it possible to buy replacement legs? We recently moved to a new state. Apparently the movers took the activity center apart and the legs have been lost. Our one year old granddaughter loves this activity center! Appreciate your help.

How do I clean around the clear plastic area on top when I take out the music toy? Does it come out?

The window on the Explore & More Baby's View 3-Stage Activity Center is not removable. Instructions for cleaning the various parts of this product are below: Plastic Parts: Wipe surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Be sure to wipe all soap off. Air dry. Fabric Parts: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. No Bleach. Dry Flat. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
